From first sketch to final handover, every ISM project is designed, engineered and manufactured by our own people. Our multidisciplinary team of over 200 staff, including 30 engineers, 6 architects, 4 interior designers and 6 quantity surveyors, works across three production facilities to fabricate complete modules in a controlled factory environment before delivering and installing them on site.
This factory-first approach cuts on-site build time, minimises disruption, reduces material waste and gives our clients precision assembly with consistent quality, whether the project is a single office module or a multi-building remote camp.

Light Gauge Steel (LGS) Tetris Structure buildings combine precision engineering with advanced modular design. 03 Tetris MGS technology (Medium Gauge Steel)
Built for performance with an industrial edge, our Medium Gauge Steel Tetris Structures are precision-engineered from durable, cold-formed steel to deliver exceptional load-bearing capacity, structural integrity and fire resistance. The Tetris assembly allows rapid deployment, seamless expansion and efficient use of space, ideal for factories, workshops, warehouses and utility buildings, whether permanent or rapid-deploy.
